What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD, is a therapeutic style of massage that applies slow, methodical and gentle strokes to encourage the movement and reabsorption of lymph.
MLD has gained in popularity over the last few years. And for good reason. It has many applications and health benefits, often used for:
