Relaxing Therapeutic Massage
Enjoy a bespoke massage tailored just to your needs. Chose the pressure and areas of the body you'd like treated, then relax, unwind and enjoy this time just for you.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is great for treating everyday aches and pains, designed to target deeper layers of muscle via a relaxing and pain-free process. Pressure is increased slowly allowing the tissues to adapt, relax and release. Techniques aim to gently mobilise “stuck” tissues, increase localised circulation and diffuse trigger points located in the tissues.
Remedial & Sports Massage
Remedial Massage treats a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.
An RSM massage includes a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement over a series of treatments. The techniques used include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored selfcare.
Massage has been used to support women through childbirth and pregnancy for thousands of years.
Our pregnancy massages are delivered to you lying comfortably on your side supported by bolsters. Treatments are tranquil, soothing and restful so your mind can switch off and let go of any worries. If you enjoy a deeper massage, techniques can be safely adapted in order to deliver releasing and remedial treatment to areas that need it. Common problem areas that can benefit from our pregnancy massage include aching hips, sore lower back, tightness in the neck and shoulders, puffy ankles and sleeplessness.
Read about positioning for pregnancy massage and what you need to prepare in our FAQs.
You body has just been through the most miraculous journey and now is a time for healing. Often, there's so much focus on the new born baby that it's easy to forget the importance of looking after your own body. Typically, new parents experience neck and shoulder stiffness through holding, feeding and most likely a little bit stressed and sleep deprived!
Massage has also been shown to be beneficial if experiencing symptoms of postnatal depression, due to the release of endorphins (feel good hormones), which are proven to enhance the immune system, relieve pain and reduce stress.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is an incredibly gentle, therapeutic massage treatment. It's a methodical process designed to specifically target the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste, toxins and fluid retention from the body. MLD is slow and considered, utilising light pressure to manoeuvre lymph along to clusters of lymph nodes and ducts where the bodies' able to process it. You therapist may use sweeping, brushing, energetic engagement and passive joint mobilisations as part of your treatment.
MLD can be particularly useful for:
post-surgery (cosmetic or medical) to help improve the speed of recovery.
pregnant women, suffering from swollen wrists and ankles.
autoimmune diseases or compromised immune systems

weight loss or detox
aid in sports injury recovery

Hot Stone Massage Fusion
Our hot stone massage fusion is a delicious combination of relaxing traditional massage combined with warming basalt stones.
The naturally shaped volcanic stones glide across the body, penetrating heat deeply into the muscle tissue, encouraging rapid muscular relaxation.
The smooth quality of the stones delivers a seamless application, that offers relief from tight, sore and aching muscles. Heat is also an excellent application for arthritis or aching joints. The stones can be used in a variety of ways to achieve a more focal pressure to help release trigger points (knots) or particularly tight areas.
