An end of Q3 treat for First Base Recruitment

Director of First Base Recruitment, Tricia Hay invited me to attend a surprise treat for her hard working team of eight, last week in Stroud.

Tricia had organised the booking as a reward to her staff to celebrate the end of a great third quarter. Her close-knit team each had a 20 minute seated chair massages from our comfortable ergonomic massage chair, with each treatment tailored to their individual needs. Perfect to relax the mind - switch off from phones, computer screens and paper work, rest tired eyes and relieve tension from the neck and shoulders.

Even a short treatment can be enough to help us reset and recharge. And it's not always until we have a moment to ourselves that we realise just how much we need it!

Staff that are rewarded for their hard work are far more likely to be more productive, happier and stay with the business for longer. Rewards help to bring people together and feel valued - I dare say we all need a pat on the back once in a while, so why not go that one step further and turn that pat on the back into massage!
