    Indian Head Massage

    Absorb some ancient Ayurvedic healing.


    Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been derived from the practice of Ayurveda. The massage can be soothing or invigorating depending on the application of techniques. This can include firm scalp massage, use of acupressure points around the face and head, gentle facial massage, deep tissue work into the shoulders, and stretching and mobilising of the neck.

    Recommended as a 45 minute session. Or combine with another treatment or area of the body for a longer massage session.

    Ideal for treating: Stiff neck and shoulders, tension headaches, migraines, congested sinuses, sleeplessness, stress, anxiety, tremors.

    Lie back, unwind and slip into deep relaxation with reflexology.

    This gentle and and effective holistic therapy aims to re-balance the body through reflex points found in the feet. Reflexology is based on the theory that our organs and structures are mirrored in reflex points on the feet, hands, face and ears. These are linked by energy pathways which if become blocked, can throw the body out of balance. A reflexologist works on unblocking these pathways, allowing energy to flow freely, so that the mind and body operate in balance and harmony once again.
